Produce well-bred quality miniature schnauzers with exceptional temperaments. The miniature schnauzer has always been at the forefront of our lives. We have been breeders and AKC show exhibitors of top quality miniature schnauzers since 1998.

Passion and dedication for the breed, sets us apart from your average breeder. These traits seem to be missing from many breeders of the miniature schnauzer. We strictly adhere to the breed standard as outlined by the American Kennel Club and The American Miniature Schnauzer Club (AMSC). The breed standard is our blueprint for producing the finest miniature schnauzers in the world for either show, or family companions.

The miniature schnauzer is one of the most popular breeds in the USA. This has attracted unethical and misleading breeders to the breed. These backyard breeders are creating their own unrecognized breed standards. As a result, we have a tremendous amount of poorly bred miniature schnauzers. If you are looking for a reputable miniature schnauzer breeder. Please take this all important time to educate yourself about this breed before choosing your next miniature schnauzer puppy.

Many breeders will often claim to be responsible and ethical breeders. However, when you research their breeding practices and look at pictures of their adult breeding miniature schnauzers. These breeders have obviously chosen to completely disregard the breed standard. Any breeder who ignores the breed standard is compromising the gene pool and integrity of this breed. Reputable and responsible breeders strive to produce puppies that compliment, not contradict the breed standard all together. At Reberstein’s Miniature Schnauzers we only breed for quality puppies that conform to the breed standard. Miniature Schnauzers that are deliberately bred not to conform to the breed standard are without question poorly bred, and considered substandard. Run don’t walk, when a breeder deliberately breeds for obvious flaws and characteristics not supported by the miniature schnauzer breed standard. This type of breeder is trying to confuse and mislead the general public as to what a proper and well-bred miniature schnauzer actually is supposed to look like. This kind of breeder does not deserve to carry the title of “miniature schnauzer breeder.”

It is abvious when you get home with your new puppy the amount of time these breeders put into their babies. When I got him home he is already potty trained, he will fetch and bring back and drop. I had to ask their owner what line they were from because there are so many poorly bred dogs that I wanted to thank this breeder for putting out such beautiful dogs. From the moment I spoke with Dennis to inquire about a puppy I knew I found a friend for life. Dennis answered all my questions and being new to the breed I had a lot. He told me if I was patient I would love this breed and not only would he answer my questions, once I got my puppy, he and Chip would mentor me on grooming and how to properly care for my beautiful dog. Whether it’s the proper food like Farmina which is a 5 out of 5 rated premium dog food or how to groom, or even what to look for in an excellent groomer they are willing to help. Elsa is incredible and wherever we go people can not get over her temperament, breeding and personality. I came across Reberstein’s Miniature Schnauzer. Since they lived nearby I could easily visit.
